INDIAN PRESIDENT RECEIVES LUBNA AL QASIMI

New Delhi, Feb. 10th, 2011 | President of India H.E. Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil has received here at the Presidential Palace Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi, UAE Foreign Trade Minister, who conveyed to the President of India the regards of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

UAE Ambassador to India, H.E. Mr. Mohammed Sultan Al Owais was also present. Sheikha Lubna also met Indian Trade and Industry Minister Anand Sharma. They discussed the trade relations between the two countries and possibilities how best to promote them. The UAE Minister partook with the Indian Minister in the inauguration of the International Engineering and Technology Exhibition being held in New Delhi.
