Ambassador Dr. Ahmed Al Banna  had a courtesy meeting with Mr. Vikramjit Singh Sahney, Chairman Sun Group & National Member FICCI and Ms. Ambika Sharma, Director General FICCI.

During the meeting they discussed about the strong relationship based on cultural and historical links. They discussed about the fast – changing, inter connected world, cultural relations offer a unique opportunity for improving relations between the two countries. Culture is a valuable resource to tackle many of the challenges and opportunities the economy has and brings bonding between the two nations. The cultural exchanges contribute to inclusive growth and opportunities between two countries.

Both the sides discussed about the call to draw such strategy which highlights the need to increase and implement a new way of cultural cooperation. Increased cultural diplomacy and direct contacts and Exchanges between country and people that will contribute in making a strong global connection.

They also discussed of creating an initiative that will support  that  the culture has social and economic development by organizing inter-cultural events that will increase the exchange of ideas, information, art and other aspects of culture among nations and their peoples in order to foster mutual understanding.
