AMBASSADOR DR. AHMED AL BANNA MEETS MR SANJAY MALHOTRA, CEO EMAAR INDIA

Ambassador Dr. Ahmed Al Banna had a courtesy meeting with Mr Sanjay Malhotra, CEO Emaar India.
During the meeting Mr Malhotra briefed Excellency about Emaar properties, India. Which is one of the world’s most valuable and admired Real Estate Development Companies. Emaar Properties is promoted by the Government of Dubai and has developed various Residential & Commercial Projects across the World.
He highlighted that Emaar Properties is one of the largest foreign investors in the real estate development sector in India. Emaar Properties is fully committed to growing and strengthening its presence in the Indian market. In implementation of this strategy, in May 2016, Emaar Properties has initiated the demerger of our companies and is now controlling the management and operations of the company
Mr Malhotra also mentioned about Emaar most important development projects and strategic initiatives to be achieved in coming years.
H.E. Dr Ahmed Albanna mentioned the contribution of Emaar India in the region is well known and acknowledged to be very significant and this is expected to grow in years to come. We have not only seen strengthening & growth of the projects but also major development.
Both the sides discussed pathways to accelerate the issues involved in various projects and to find out an appropriate solution.
