In the meeting with the Joint secretary–Gulf, Shri. Mridul Kumar. H.E Dr. Ahmed Al Banna mentioned the fast–growing state successful experience and also discussed about how UAE-India relations have been flourishing in recent years and have especially intensified in the political and economical arena.
During the meeting UAE Ambassador Dr. Ahmed Albanna handed over a letter extended by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Supreme commander of UAE Arm Forces addressed to H.E Shri. Narender Modi, The Honorable Prime Minister of India, to attend 8th Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on 25-27 November 2016.
H.E Shri. Mridul Kumar discussed over the Strategic Agreement between two countries that will strengthen the relationship and take the relationship to next level in the coming years.
H.E Dr. Ahmed Al Banna explained about the First UAE-India Dialogue Forum, organized in cooperation with the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), Which will be held in October 2016. This conference will identify and explore key themes and dynamics of the fast-growing UAE- India Relationship.
H.E Dr. Ahmed Albanna also discussed about the Invitation that was given in the past that has been extended by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al -Maktoum, Vice-president, Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai addressed to His Excellency Shri. Narender Modi, The Honorable Prime Minister of India to participate EXPO 2020, Dubai from 20 October, 2020 to 10 April 2016.
H.E Dr. Ahmed Al Banna expressed that the economic and political relations between the two countries and the cordial relationship between two countries will create a significant landmark in the growth and success for future endeavors. He also added that how the UAE and India have a robust and diversified relationship to which both governments pay considerable attention. |
