Ambassador briefed the group about the high-level bilateral matters for the year. And praised the significant momentum witnessed in bilateral relations, after high level business delegations visits from both sides. He appreciated the support extended by Indian Government & Mentioned that the ongoing close cooperation on a range of various issues will remain a key pillar of the Bilateral Strategic Partnership. Acknowledging the importance of the ongoing bilateral cooperation for ensuring a conducive and peaceful environment for the progress and development of the two countries, he mentioned that the two sides agreed to further enhance cooperation in the various fields. In this context, they also discussed in the length the upcoming consular committee meeting on 29 October 2018.

He said many progressive decisions are being taken by the two governments. With this committee meeting happening tomorrow. He look forward to various opportunities for cooperation between India and UAE in the near future and developments on various issues that will be discussed in a length. He added that the present Government clear direction in decision making is creating an atmosphere for the growth of the economy at large.

Ambassador expressed common resolve to bolster cooperation and exchanges between two countries and lauded the work of both the countries on various fields.
