Welcoming the chairman Mr. Prakash P. Hinduja, Ambassador Dr. Ahmed Albanna recalled the historical friendly UAE-India ties and shared some personal memorable experiences of his visits to Europe.
Hinduja Group is a diversified multinational group with a presence in 40 countries in Asia, Europe, North and South America in ten business sectors.
The main discussions of the meeting included a possible UAE-India-Africa trilateral cooperation framework. The trilateral framework involves cooperation in the areas of Education and IT and so on.
Expressing appreciation for UAE commitment to work on various fields and verticals, Ambassador Dr. Ahmed Albanna emphasized the importance of the proposed areas of cooperation.
Mr. P. Prakash Enquired about the Railway projects that are currently in progress in UAE. Ambassador Dr. Ahmed Albanna highlighted the role of Railway project, and mentioned that they are in the development stage.
Mr. P. Prakash also discussed about the possibility of Partnership on different projects in collaboration with UAE, India and China.
The two sides discussed and exchanged opinions on issues of common interest and concern, with particular focus on connectivity, It, Education as an essential prerequisite to many projects. He also said that the group was keen to make investments in bringing world-class education institutions to UAE. And is keen to work on various projects under partnership between two sides.
Both sides agreed to facilitate for further detailed discussion on the said framework.
