New Delhi | January 9, 2019
H.E. Dr. Ahmed Al Banna, UAE Ambassador to India met Shri Ramesh Abhishek, Secretary, Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry Of Commerce & Industry, Government Of India, for the signing of joint statement on setting up of a fast track system for UAE Companies in India, on 9th January, 2019, at Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi.

The signing of the memorandum took place to up the level of bilateral and investments between the two countries. This meeting was an outcome of the 6th meeting of the UAE- India High Level Joint Task Force on Investments, chaired by H. H. Sheikh Hamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court and H. E. Suresh Prabhu, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Civil Aviation, Government of India, in Mumbai, on 15th October, 2018.

The purpose of the signing of joint statement on setting up of a fast track system for UAE companies in India is to create one window for all the UAE investments in India.
