In the meeting Ms. Pasricha Invited the UAE Ambassador, H.E Dr.Ahmed Albanna for the upcoming Event “ India- UAE relations : New Dimensions and challenges “ on 5 December 2016 at WWF Auditorium , New Delhi and also for “ closed -door brain -storming session on challenges being faced by business persons in both countries on 6 December 2016.
Ms. Kiran Pasricha briefed him about the Ananta Aspen centre , which is a independent and Non – For –Profit organization that focuses on leadership Development and open dialogue on important issues facing Indian society. The Centre engages civil society, business, Governments and other stakeholders on issues of importance to India’s development and national security.
She also shared the report of the various work done by Ananta centre, naming few were “The Global Energy scenario and challenges for India’s Energy Security , “confrontations and conflicts in west Asia“ and so on.
She discussed about how, The Ananta centre, a premier foreign affairs think tank is celebrating the visit of His Highness sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces with two major events in Early December. And is also planning a daylong conference on” India- UAE Relations” early January before His Highness Visit. She informed Dr. Ahmed Albanna that the details of all the programs will be shared and would seek support from UAE Embassy.
H.E Dr.Ahmed Albanna lauded the role of Ananta centre in strengthening bilateral relationship over the years. Both India and UAE is the place to vibrant and changing society seeking change in every conceivable area . And with the exchange visits from both the countries it will only result in growing bilateral relations. |
