UAE EMBASSY IN NEW DELHI
CELEBRATES
45th NATIONAL DAY
H.E. Dr. Ahmed Albanna, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to New Delhi, hosted a reception on 2nd December 2016, in hotel “Hyatt Regency”, to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the UAE National Day, which was attended by a large gathering of business, media and cultural elites besides the MEA officials, representatives of a number of ministries, member of Arab and foreign diplomatic corps in India, dignitaries and a group of Indian people.
The event was graced by the presence of H.E. M J Akbar, the minister of state for external affairs who was the chief guest for the celebration, and representative of the Government of India.
The ceremony included a video show explaining the achievements of the UAE and display of paintings and drawings about UAE showing the prosperity and urban development achieved by UAE thanks to the effort of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his brothers, the rulers of Emirates in all fields, which impressed the Visitors.
At the end of the ceremony, the guests praised the efforts of the UAE and its achievements under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, wishing the UAE government and its people further progress and prosperity.
